Alison Peticca

Alison Peticca comes to Addiction Rehab Toronto with a comprehensive understanding of how to help those struggling with addiction and mental health. After graduating with a Addictions and Social work diploma, she worked in a Sober Living Facility for many years that eventually led into a managerial position. She is a proud member of a 12-step fellowship for many years and sponsors women within the 12-step program. Her personal experience with her own struggles allows her to be helpful as an essential part of the team. Alison is very passionate about her work as a counsellor and has the ability to create a therapeutic relationship based on respect, empathy and compassion. Alison enjoys working one on one with clients to bring her knowledge of various expertise to her sessions. She enjoys facilitating different groups on communication, relapse prevention and CBT. Alison is excited to be a part of the ART team and looks forward to growing in this field.
