Edwin has over 20-years experience working in culinary arts. He started in the field by working with athletes at Maple Leaf Gardens as a sous chef creating personalized meals. Edwin’s specialty is working closely with A-list clients as a personal chef and because of this he is able to establish excellent rapport with our clients. Edwin enjoys using creativity in meal planning by incorporating difference ethnic influences into his meals and challenges himself in finding new ways to accommodate dietary restrictions/needs.
