Debra graduated from the Transformational Arts College with a diploma in Spiritual Psychotherapy and holds a Mental Health & Addiction Crisis Counselling degree from Humber College. As an addiction and spiritual counsellor, Debra offers a client centered approach in regards to therapy which activates a high level of understanding, compassion and empathy. With years of study of the levels of consciousness from the Advanced Spiritual Institute in Arizona, Debra shows that there is a road map out of the struggles with addiction and mental health. Debra is also actively involved in the 12-step community. Her training and years of practical experience in the addiction field, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches, trauma informed strategies and therapeutic healing techniques, such as meditation and Reiki which brings a holistic healing approach to her clients. Debra is committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore
their inner potentials and develop a personalized recovery plan.
