Spiritual Advisor and Yoga Specialist
Julie has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa and Bikram yoga for the past twelve years. Following her certification through Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto, Julie began incorporating both styles into her sessions along with meditation which is a key component to help quiet the mind. Breathing techniques and body scanning used will help make the mind and body connection deeper and allow for a more relaxing state. Julie uses Kundalini music to help open the seven major chakras which will allow energy to flow through the body in a healthier way. Julie is currently working towards becoming a Reiki master through the traditional Japanese methods taught at QiBelly in Toronto.
